Managing Partner
Personal injury and insurance claims handled with personal attention since 1996.
Your case will be handled beginning to end by an attorney, not handed off to a paralegal or legal secretery.
Matthew Brenengen graduated cum laude from William Mitchell School of Law in 1996. He has practiced personal injury law from the plaintiff and defense side for nearly 20 years. His work for insurance companies gives him the inside edge to effectively resolve cases.
In addition to actions against the at-fault parties, Matt has been focused for more than 20 years on handling Minnesota No-Fault insurance claims. He maintains an extensive library on no-fault law cases and secondary sources. He has published articles on the topic, and has lectured other lawyers frequently on no-fault topics. Over the last two decades, he has litigated hundreds of no-fault claims, including many over $10,000 in district court. He has been a no-fault arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association since 2002, presiding over more than 300 no-fault cases.
Brenengen Law Offices is based out of the Park Place East building in St. Louis Park, but also takes clients in St. Paul and in greater Minnesota, including, and focusing on the International Falls and Bemidji area. If you have a serious personal injury case, Matthew Brenengen can handle it, in any town in the state.
In addition to serious lawyering, Matt is a serious runner, bike commuter, and has been a licensed motorcyclist for decades. Injuries to pedestrians, bikers and motorcycle riders require special knowledge, not only of the law, but all aspects of riding. Matt has that knowledge to be an effective representative.
